THE HONEST REASON

Why are we selling it this cheap?

We regularly get products back β€” returns, damaged packaging, opened boxes, and other situations where we can't sell the item as standard new Vendline stock.

Almost all of it is in fine condition. Most have a scuffed carton and nothing else wrong at all. A small number have minor cosmetic marks. None of it is discontinued or superseded β€” these are current Vendline products that simply came back to us.

Rather than keep paying to store them, we're opening the Moorabbin warehouse for one day and clearing the lot at $50 an item.

Change-of-mind returns that came back to us and can't go out as new.
Open box
Opened, checked, repacked. Usually nothing wrong with the product at all.
Damaged packaging
Carton knocked about in transit. The product inside is generally untouched.

Is everything really $50? +
Every item designated as part of the warehouse clearance is $50 unless it's clearly marked otherwise. We'll also have brand new boxed stock available at normal retail pricing, which is clearly separate from the $50 clearance items.
Why is the stock discounted? +
The sale is made up of customer returns, opened boxes and damaged packaging β€” products that can't be sold as Vendline's normal new retail stock. Nothing here is discontinued or superseded; these are current products that came back to us. It's the storage cost that drives the price, not a change in what the products are worth.
Is the stock used or damaged? +
Almost everything is in fine condition. Most of it is open-box or damaged-carton stock β€” opened, checked and repacked, with the product itself untouched. A small number of items have minor cosmetic marks, and those will be obvious when you look at them. You can inspect every item before you buy it.
Can I buy new stock at the sale? +
Yes. If the clearance pile doesn't have the size or colour you want, we'll have brand new boxed stock on hand. New stock is at normal retail pricing rather than $50, but it means you can leave with exactly what you came for.
How much stock is there? +
Not much β€” this is genuinely a small quantity, which is why we can't guarantee any particular product, colour or size. If there's something specific you want, come early.
Can I buy online? +
No. The warehouse sale is in-person only, and this pricing isn't available on our website. Our normal online range is unaffected.
Can you ship my purchase? +
No. Warehouse-sale purchases have to be collected from Moorabbin on the day, so bring a vehicle big enough for what you're after.
Can I reserve something? +
No β€” it's first come, first served. We can't hold items, take deposits or set anything aside before the doors open.
What happens if something sells out? +
Once a particular clearance product is gone, it's gone β€” we won't be restocking clearance items during the event. If we still have it new and boxed, you can buy that instead at normal retail price.
What if I change my mind after buying? +
Warehouse-sale items are sold as clearance stock, so we don't offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges on them β€” please inspect carefully before you buy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply: if an item has a fault that wasn't made clear to you at the time of sale, contact us and we'll sort it out.
